Terms and Conditions

• Minimum 2 night stay. Charges for single nights are available on some bookings. 

• Deposits for activities and meals must be paid at time of booking and paid in full preferably a month, no later than 2 weeks prior to the date.

• Activity & meal bookings with outside service providers are subject to their terms and conditions. 

• Activity and meal bookings are dependent on their availabilities. We cannot guarantee availability until bookings are made. 

• We choose businesses we trust and respect to work with. However, we cannot be held responsible for  mistakes outside our capacity. 

• Where a guest cannot follow through with a booking due to emergency circumstances we will endeavour to reschedule all bookings to the next suitable date.

• No refunds once the booking process has begun, only rescheduling. 

• Deposit for activities are immediately sent to the vendor. We cannot get deposits returned from our vendors. 

• Some activities are seasonal and may look different within the packages. 

• Although we are there to keep you as comfortable as possible in your home from home, abuse will not be tolerated. Unreasonable requests and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. 

• The Bean an Tì has her own family to answer to and cannot stay for longer, un-arranged hours. 

• We can host up to 12 adults. Cot beds are available for children.
